The holidays are perfect for spending quality time with your family. This year, we want to encourage children to get involved in the kitchen by learning to make new favorite kid-friendly recipes. All recipes will be shared with participants. Class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
