Inflammation is now implicated as a major contributor to many chronic diseases. What we eat can play a significant role in managing inflammation, as different foods will have either positive or negative impacts on inflammatory pathways in the body. We will discuss which foods are pro-inflammatory and which foods are anti-inflammatory. Practical strategies for boosting the beneficial foods will be discussed and recipes will be shared.
This free presentation and cooking demonstration will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC.
Participants can sign up to attend either in person or online using Zoom. Pre-registration is required.
