Please join Amy Hill, Opioid Outreach Specialist with Snohomish County Human Services, for an on-line training to learn about medication management, including the importance of medication review, misuse, safe handling and proper disposal. Opioid education, including the signs of an overdose, which can occur with anyone at any age, including older adults and people with legally prescribed medications. How Narcan (Naloxone), a nasal spray, is administered and used as an antidote to block the effects of an opioid overdose.  This training is free and open to the community. Pre-registration is required to receive the link to the presentation.
