Cooking & Nutrition Series: Slow Cooker & Instant Pot Favorites
Winter is a great time to renew your commitment to being healthy and eating better.  Dust off your slow cooker or Instant Pot and put them to good use. In this cooking demonstration for adults, participants will learn some best practices for slow cookers and Instant Pots and how to cook healthy, delicious meals. Recipes and food samples will be shared. This presentation will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians. Funding provided by Skagit Regional Health.
