Cooking & Nutrition Series: Better Blood Sugar Control
November in National Diabetes month and will be the focus of our cooking demonstration led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Join us for tips on better blood control through food and lifestyle choices. The class will include nutrition education, a cooking demonstration and a chance to enjoy some tasty samples.

In this adult cooking demonstration class, participants learn different ideas and techniques on how to incorporate healthy choices into their meals.
