Eating nutritious meals does not mean you have to break the budget. In this class, we will discuss tips on eliminating food waste, the best ways to use fresh food, and how to maximize savings while grocery shopping. Recipes from the class will be shared with participants.
The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
