So, you’ve finally got into a routine of grocery shopping and preparing meals at home. You feel good about making healthy choices. Inevitably that moment comes when you get to pack your bags and hit the road. You’re traveling! Travel is exciting but can leave us feeling anxious when it comes to eating healthy. In this session, we will review several healthy eating travel tips including smart snacks, nutritious pit stops, and mindfulness. The class will be led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Taelin Flores and cosponsored by Verdant Health Commission. Recipes or handouts will be shared with participants.
