Are you tired of eating the same old salad again and again to eat healthfully? If so, you have come to the right place.  This 60-minute session will explore various lettuces and their nutritional benefits. You will ‘leaf’ inspired to try not only more lettuce but also different types in unique and tasty ways. Class will be led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Taelin Flores.
