Join us for this class to learn how to prepare meals that focus on adding healthy fats, fibers, and colors onto our plates. Recipes will be shared with participants. The class is led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
