Whether you’re seeking relief from everyday stress, looking to enhance your meditation practice, or simply craving a moment of tranquility, our Sound Bath event offers a sanctuary for self-care and rejuvenation. During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to sit or lie on the floor, allowing the sound vibrations to envelop you and guide you into a state of profound relaxation. This event is for those 16 years and older and the cost is $35.
