Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, Stilly Valley Health Connections (SVHC) uses the Arlington Public Schools (APS) as the guideline to determine if programs are canceled. In the event of a school closure, SVHC will also be closed and all in-person classes and events at the building will be canceled. If there is a delayed start at APS, all morning in-person programs will be canceled. If there is an early release of students, all afternoon and evening in-person programs at SVHC will be canceled. The Importance of Sleep

Like exercise and diet, getting a good night sleep is fundamental to overall health.  We welcomed  Nikhil Samtani, MD on May 6th to speak about the importance of sleep.  During the presentation, Dr. Samtani shared information about the importance of sleep and how it impacts mood, memory, immunity, and the progression of different diseases. Narcan Training

Please join Amy Wheat, Opioid Outreach Specialist with Snohomish County Human Services to learn how to administer Narcan (Naloxone), a nasal spray that can block the effects of an opioid overdose.
