MINDFUL CONNECTION WITH YOGA
Mindful centering and gentle movement are practiced together with an emphasis on the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, as well as toning the vagal nerve to signify safety and rest in the body. The goal of this workshop is to slow down and develop a connection to and appreciation for one’s body, mind, and overall self.
