GUT HEALTH SERIES: PART 1

Grain bowls are a flavorful and customizable option for eating balanced meals. Discover how to craft the perfect combination of grains, produce, protein, greens, and healthy fats, perfect for family dinners or meal prepped lunches. Recipes and tips for building your own bowl will be demonstrated and shared with participants. The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
