Yoga for Beginners is a drop-in class for individuals wanting to try yoga for the first time. This series is intended for beginners and will focus on foundational movement, breathing and meditation.  Classes are open to anyone regardless of age or fitness level, and modifications can be made to accommodate each participant.  Attendees will be asked to bring their own mat, water bottle and to wear comfortable clothing.  The instructor is Roni Walsh.  Classes will be drop-in and limited to 15 attendees.  For more information, please contact Stilly Valley Health connections at 360-386-9918 or by email, info@stillyvalleyhealth.org.
