Developing a Safety Plan [In-Person]

| FreeSave a life with a safety plan. We don’t always know when we or someone we love will have a mental health crisis. Join us for this class to learn what a safety plan for suicide prevention is and how to create one. Learn the goals of a safety plan and common crisis warning signs to look out for. This class will also include examples of internal coping strategies as well as how to identify external support systems.
The class will be led by Shelene Richards, MFT, MHP, a 988 Phones Program Coordinator with Volunteers of America Western Washington.
