If you have been struggling, you are not alone. Many older adults encounter challenges that contribute to depression and anxiety. Homage is now providing free, in-person mental health support to Snohomish County residents ages 60 and over. Individual counseling is available by appointment only in Arlington at Stilly Valley Health Connections on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.
