When caring for others, it’s easy to forget to take care of ourselves. In this class, Jasmine McCarthy with the Women and Family Wellness Studio will talk about how to deconstruct the concept of stress and its effect on the body and how parental stress can impact children’s ability to self-regulate. She will also emphasize the need for self-care and coping skills. Examples of each will be shared and practiced together during the class. This class is free and open to anyone in the community. Registration closes on January 6th.
