Adult Mental Health First Aid
Snohomish County WSU Extension invites you to attend their FREE upcoming Adult Mental Health First Aid Training. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. You will build the skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling. You will also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based training program administered by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.
