COPING WITH GRIEF DURING THE HOLIDAYS

Mindful centering and gentle movement are practiced together with an emphasis on the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, as well as toning the vagal nerve to signify safety and rest in the body. The goal of this workshop is to slow down and develop a connection to and appreciation for one’s body, mind, and overall self. Jasmine McCarthy with Women and Family Wellness Studios is the instructor for this class.
