Grocery Shopping on a Budget

Information on food labels is intended to help shoppers become savvy about their food choices. However, 57% of American consumers report not regularly looking at food labels, and 1 in 10 reports it being difficult (AHA, 2019). If you are a part of those statistics, this recording is for you. Join Taelin Flores, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Sound Dietitians, LLC, for an hour-long session to learn about each section of the 2020 Nutrition Facts Label. This event was co-hosted with Verdant Health.
