This class discusses how to utilize methods like freezing, canning, dehydrating, and pickling to make the most out of your seasonal favorites. Each method is demonstrated, and instructional handouts and recipes will be shared with participants. The class was led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Sound Dietitians, LLC, and sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
