Let’s get cozy with some homemade meals using slow cookers or instant pots! During this class, we will discuss the benefits and share tips for utilizing these small kitchen appliances. Several healthy winter meals will be part of the demonstration, and recipes will be shared with participants. The class is led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
