Surplus

On occasion, Public Hospital District #3 will use this website, as well as other electronic media to sell surplus personal property by bid.  When items are available for bid, notification is provided under News & Announcements on the homepage of the District’s website and to individuals who request to be notified.  If you wish to received notification of such sales, please provide your email address by emailing  info@stillyvalleyhealth.org and request being added to the Surplus Notification email list.

Below is a list of personal property items available for bid. A photo, detailed description and unique item number will be provided for each item, as well as information as to when the bid will close. If you wish to make an appointment to come view an item, or have additional questions, please contact Public Hospital District  via email at info@stillyvalleyhealth.org

If you wish to bid on an item, select the box and enter your information(*). Individuals are allowed to bid one time, and the bids are sealed, meaning that bid amounts will not be disclosed to any participants. Bids will be accepted until midnight of the last day, as long as the bid is time stamped accordingly. The next business day after the bidding period has ended, the winning bidder will be contacted to make arrangements for payment and pick-up. The winning bidder will be expected to pick-up and load their item(s) within one week of the close of the bid, unless prior arrangements have been made. All items are sold as-is and Public Hospital District No. 3 offer no guarantee regarding the life expectancy of any personal surplus item.

(*) Please note:  If for any reason you are not able to place a bid on-line, please send an email to info@stillyvalleyhealth.org  or call our office at 360-386-9918.  If you email or leave a message the following information is required:  Your name, phone number, email address, the item number you are bidding on and the amount of your bid.
