Like exercise and diet, getting a good night sleep is fundamental to overall health. We welcomed Nikhil Samtani, MD on May 6th to speak about the importance of sleep. During the presentation, Dr. Samtani shared information about the importance of sleep and how it impacts mood, memory, immunity, and the progression of different diseases. Dr. Samtani is a Sleep Medicine provider and Medical Director of the Center for Sleep Disorders at Skagit Regional Health.
