Hello Yoga Friends,

In this week’s online yoga resourcing and support, we take a playful approach that all ages will enjoy. Let yourself be open and curious about your yoga! Enjoy on your own or with other quarantine buddies.

1.Take your seat: 3 Grounding Tools for Kids with Big Feelings:
