Experience the cuisine of Loma Linda, California, one of the world’s five Blue Zones. Several healthy meals will be demonstrated, and recipes will be shared with participants.
The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
The event is free and can be attended either in person or online via Zoom.
