Join a Mental Health Counselor and School Psychologist about the positive and negative impacts of social media on teen mental health.

This session will explore the influence and impact that social media has had on the current state of teen mental health, both positive and negative. It will provide strategies for how to identify reliable information shared over social media, have conversations about social media use and the potential risks, and create healthy boundaries with social media.

The class will be led by Brianne Rokey, EDS, NCSP, LMHC, a Mental Health Counselor and School Psychologist.
