• PUBLIC NOTICE – Public Hospital District #3, Snohomish County, Notice of Public Hearing

A public hearing will be held in person and online via Zoom at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th day of October 2024, to consider the proposed budget of the contemplated financial transactions for 2025, a regular property tax levy of $1,750,398.86, and a voted bond levy of $3,152,650.00.  A further purpose of the hearing will be to consider increasing by 1% the amount levied in the preceding calendar year for maintenance and operations in the amount of $16,340.58.  The proposed budget is on file and available for public inspection.  The connection information for the Zoom meeting is on the website for Public Hospital District No. 3, Snohomish County, which is stillyvalleyhealth.org.

The public can attend either in person or via Zoom.  The location and Zoom access information will be identical to the board meeting information found below

The public can attend board meetings either in person or via Zoom. Anyone wishing to provide written or oral public comment must contact the District Superintendent, Ardis Schmiege, at (360) 548-3357 or ardis@stillyvalleyhealth.org no later than 5pm the day before the board meeting to ensure all comments are documented as public comment.

Meetings will be held at Stilly Valley Health Connections in the Birch Room.
