End-of-Life Choices [In-Person]

Join a representative of Alpha Home Health and Hospice to discuss the decision-making behind major medical decisions and end-of-life care.

Note: This registration is to come in person. To register to attend online, click HERE.

This class will focus on decision making for CPR, tube feeding, dialysis, etc., on a deeper level in order to make more informed decisions. A representative with Alpha Home Health and Hospice will also discuss hospice, palliative care, and other decisions that are available to legal residents of Washington should they want to have more control over their final life process.

This class is free and open to anyone in the community. Pre-registration is required.
