Grocery shopping can be expensive and overwhelming. Join us for this class to learn simple ways to spend less, save time, and reduce stress while in the grocery store. The class will cover topics such as budgeting, buying in bulk, coupons, as well as utilizing canned and frozen foods.

The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and cosponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections and Verdant Health Commission.
