Improving Your Relationship with Food [Online]

| FreeAll people depend on food to feel well physically and mentally. Join us for this class to learn not just what foods nourish us, but also how food nourishes our bodies. The class will also cover how to practice mindful eating, strategies to get in tune with your body’s natural hunger/fullness cues, and the principles of an intuitive eating non-diet approach.
The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and sponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections.
