Spend your Wednesday evening practicing mindfulness with this class focused on meditation, yoga, and other gentle movements.

Join Jasmine McCarthy with the Women and Family Wellness Studio for this all-level yoga and meditation class which will help to develop a connection to and appreciation for one’s body, mind, and overall self. Mindful centering and gentle movement will be practiced in this class, with an emphasis on the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.

This class is free and open to anyone in the community. If you are not able to attend and would like to view the presentation on-demand, please register as an online participant and a link to the recording will be emailed to you. Registration closes on January 27th.
